PDI Activities & Achievements

• PDI secured planning consent for this highly contentious green belt scheme, in advance of the Local Plan, avoiding call in by the SoS
• Pre-committee councillor contact and briefings 
• Ongoing meetings and liaison with immediate neighbours to the site
• Retained by the client to act as first point of contact for public and press enquiries, including for the construction phases 
• Establishing a Community Liaison Group, where regular updates are provided and issues addressed and resolved
• Positive and regular communication with the local ward councillor who lives close to the site
• Active involvement with consultation led by Herts County Council regarding the relocation of a one form entry primary school into a new two form entry school building onsite
• Ongoing work with site contractors as part of the delivery and communications team 
• Construction and ongoing management of the dedicated project website
