- Promotion of this 17 hectare site at land to the north east of Sittingbourne for the fifth phase of Employment Development
- Class B1 – Business Use
- Class B2 – General Industrial
- Class B3 – Storage or Distribution
- 2.58ha of retained open land for landscape, wildlife mitigation enhancement and surface water attenuation
- Circa 700 new permanent jobs

- Liaising with key local Elected Members on Swale Borough Council
- Organising an information leaflet distribution along with consultation website and feedback process
- Drafting of a Statement of Community Involvement
- Monitoring Council Minutes & Agendas for relevant decisions
