• Secured outline planning permission from South Cambridgeshire District Council in January 2017
• The planning decision was secured during the EIP hearings, for a larger site area than that in the allocation and submitted Local Plan 
• 10 councillors voted in support of the application, with only 1 against
• Secured support from Cambourne Parish Council
• Ongoing engagement with local ward members to secure support for the development 
• Briefing meetings with adjacent parishes to the development site
• Extensive pre application engagement with councillors including design and distribution of a briefing document
