Project Summary
- Land within the strategic allocation at Berinsfield, to provide around 1,700 new homes
- Around 5 hectares of employment land and supporting services and facilities
- Proposals that help support the regeneration of Berinsfield and the delivery of the necessary social infrastructure

- Stakeholder mapping
- Research and undertaking of a site visit to inform future community engagement strategy considerations
- Recommendations relating to ward, cabinet and leadership political engagement following a change of political composition resulting from all-out elections
- Monitoring of the emerging Local Plan including attendance at scrutiny committees, growth board meetings, cabinet and council meetings
- Ongoing political intelligence gathering and insight
- Organisation and attendance at political stakeholder meetings including liaison with parish councils.
